Are you accepting new clients?​

Yes, always! I’m excited to welcome new curl friends into the salon. Whether you're just beginning your curly journey or looking for a refresh, I'm here to craft a personalized experience that fits your unique needs and goals. Ready to embrace your curls? Let’s get started!

Do you offer curly cuts to everyone?

Yes, I offer curly haircuts to everyone—men, women, children, and anyone in between!

Curly hair is unique for each individual, and I believe everyone deserves to have their curls treated with care and precision, no matter their age or gender. My approach is personalized for every client, focusing on your specific curl pattern, lifestyle, and hair goals. Whether you’re starting your curly journey or maintaining your established routine, I’m here to help each of you feel confident and empowered with your curls! 

What is your normal recommended maintenance?

My recommended maintenance schedule depends on your goals, lifestyle, curl pattern, and budget. Typically, I suggest appointments anywhere from every three months to once a year—customized to what works best for you and your curls!

How long is your typical appointment?​

New client haircuts are two hours where maintenance cuts are an hour and a half. Should you ever want or need extra time, there is an option to add that on as well as many scalp care options which current clients love!

What forms of payment are accepted?

I accept all major credit cards and tap-to-pay for your convenience. If you’re not ready to grab the products we talk about during your appointment, no worries! I’ve got an affiliate link for all my recommended Innersense products and an Amazon storefront with all the random goodies I swear by. Just ask, and I’ll send you the links!

POLICIES

Cancelation and Rescheduling

Life happens, and I totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least three days' notice so we can keep things running smoothly. If less than three days' notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, which must be paid before booking any future appointments. This helps ensure that both your time and mine are respected. Thank you for understanding!

Post Appointment Support

After your appointment, I’ll follow up via email to see how things are going once you’ve had some time to wash, style, and diffuse at home. Communication is key, so feel free to reach out with any questions—I’m here to support you through every step of your curl journey.

If you’re having any challenges with your curly cut, please don’t hesitate to text me at  (937)475-6594 within 7 days, and I’ll be happy to make any necessary adjustments for you. I'm here to make sure you feel confident and 100% authentically you!

Late Arrival

Services for clients running 15 minutes late may need to adjust the service by omitting certain parts to stay on schedule without adjusting the price. For arrivals later than 15 minutes, we’ll need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the best experience, and a rescheduling fee may apply. Your time is important, and so is ensuring you receive the full care you deserve!

Refunds
